Welcome to PawHaus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of staypawhaus.com, your purchase of a Founders VIP Pass, and any future bookings or services provided by PawHaus ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
PawHaus is a forthcoming dog-first luxury resort located in Goodrich, Texas, targeting a 2027 opening. These Terms cover our pre-opening website, waitlist, and the Founders VIP Pass program. Additional terms specific to on-site stays, spa services, and other resort offerings will be provided prior to our opening.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Founders VIP Pass or otherwise transact with PawHaus. By using our site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
The Founders VIP Pass is a one-time $47 purchase that grants the lifetime benefits described on our site, including:
The Founders VIP Pass is personal to the individual who purchased it and is not transferable, resellable, or redeemable for cash. Benefits may be used by the pass holder and their immediate traveling party during a qualifying stay.
"Lifetime" benefits apply for as long as PawHaus is open and operating. If the resort permanently ceases operations, the lifetime benefits end at that time.
We reserve the right to substitute benefits of equal or greater value if a specific perk becomes impractical (for example, if a particular service is discontinued). We will not materially reduce the overall value of the Founders VIP Pass for existing holders.
We offer a money-back guarantee on the Founders VIP Pass that is good anytime during 2026. To request a refund, email bark@staypawhaus.com from the email address you used at purchase, at any time on or before December 31, 2026. No explanation required.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Once refunded, all associated Founders benefits are forfeited.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge and agree to the payment provider's terms. All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
Joining our waitlist or purchasing a VIP Pass signs you up for PawHaus email updates, including resort news, opening announcements, and member-only offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing does not affect the benefits of a paid Founders VIP Pass.
When PawHaus opens, on-site stays, services, and access will be subject to additional booking terms and resort rules, including vaccination requirements for dogs (rabies, DHPP, bordetella), breed and behavior guidelines, and standard property rules. We'll share these in full before opening. Benefits under your Founders VIP Pass apply only to stays and services booked in accordance with those future terms.

All content on staypawhaus.com — including text, images, logos, and the "PawHaus" name — is owned by PawHaus or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand assets without prior written consent.
The website and the Founders VIP Pass are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Renderings, photos, and descriptions are illustrative of the planned PawHaus experience; actual features, amenities, and opening dates may change as construction progresses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawHaus and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the Founders VIP Pass. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold PawHaus harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of PawHaus will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Your $47 Founders VIP Pass buys lifetime PawHaus perks. If you change your mind anytime during 2026, email bark@staypawhaus.com for a full refund. Otherwise, we'll see you (and your dog) in Goodrich.
