PawHaus sits on 30 private lakefront acres near Lake Livingston in Goodrich, Texas — 90 minutes north of Houston. Exact address and driving directions will be shared with all VIP members and waitlist subscribers ahead of opening day.

We're targeting a 2027 opening. Founders VIP Pass holders get first access to booking, exclusive pre-opening updates, and first-look content as we finish building out the property.

Nope — they're completely separate facilities. The dog spa is fully dedicated to your pup (grooming, baths, pawdicures, treatments, and yes — that robe). The human spa is your grown-up sanctuary. We'd suggest booking both at the same time so you both walk out glowing on the same day.

There's a resort-style pool for humans (teak loungers, poolside beer and wine service) and a dedicated dog splash pad pool right next door. Everyone gets their own water — no negotiating.

We unfortunately have a no aggressive breeds restriction. If you want to know if your dog will be a fit, please email us at bark@staypawhaus.com.

We're still finalizing the details, but the policy will most likely be a two-dog maximum per cabin with no weight restrictions and no pet fees. A third dog may be considered at our discretion and will need to be verified before your stay. Our standard units run on the smaller side, which is the reason for the two-dog cap — we'll have a handful of larger-style units that can comfortably accommodate more dogs. All dog guests are required to have current Rabies and DHPP vaccinations to stay at PawHaus. Dogs visiting our spa or grooming services, or accessing shared dog areas on property, are additionally required to have a current Bordetella vaccine.
